Application Forms
Applications can be obtained from the Registrar.

Application Procedure
Students will receive an application package, which will include an application form and information about the University.

The prospective student will need to submit the following items along with the application form:
Medical Report
Two passport size pictures
Passport
Student visa
Transcript or report card indicating courses passed and marks obtained
Letter of intent indicating what the student will study and why
Two etters of reference
